Dave, Maria, and the rest of their team were awesome. From “Hey I think I want to sell” to “The funds will be in your account today” was less than two months. Time on market was maybe 14 days or less and I got a good price from my property.

They helped with the documents, photos, and were able to point me in the right direction for legal and cleaning services to make my life easier.

They made the entire process super streamlined and I was able to coordinate with them remotely during this entire process as I work out of town. We never even had to meet up face to face, it was that easy.
