If you're looking for a good, honest, no-nonsens agent , then David Demian is your best bet. Other agents we talked to about our property we had for sale were quoting values above market value in the hopes of winning our business. David sat down with us and showed us the real numbers from his analysis, and how the analysis was completed. We listed it with him and sold it in no time. A month after our sale was completed, an identical unit sold for $25k less then what our home sold for. I cannot recommend him enough, if you are looking to buy or sell, hire this guy, he really knows what he is doing.
