If you’re looking for a realtor with the patience of a saint and the persistence of a detective, Dave is your guy. We spent over a year together on the hunt for my perfect home—honestly, it felt like we were on a quest for the Holy Grail at times. Dave didn’t just send me a flood of listings and call it a day. Nope, he took the time to carefully sift through properties like a real estate ninja, making sure each one had potential.
