I have used David as my real estate agent for 3 purchases and resales over the past 16 years and 1 recent commercial lease. A few members of my family used David as their real estate agent. A consummate professional, David is a wealth of information including but not limited to inventory (new construction, detached, land, revenue producing, commercial, condo, business, etc), market trends, finance options, rules and regulations, construction process, subdivision or rezone process, investment, surrounding area influences and so much more.
