David had been recommended to my husband and I from one of my coworkers after she had heard I was starting to look to purchase my first home in Nanaimo. My co-worker raved about the consistency and understanding he had shown regarding her working schedule as a health care worker. I was intrigued to work with David after hearing her experiences in purchasing a home with him.Well, I was not disappointed! From my first contact with David, he has been my "life coach" during this process of purchasing my first home. David was always available for phone calls, making last minute showings to accommodate my hectic schedule,and providing his honest opinions on properties and what to avoid because he realized I had no experience of being a home owner (thus I did not know what I should "avoid").
I can confirm that David is thorough and efficient in providing current house listings within your price range, creating a portal for you to view properties within the desired area you are seeking to live in. He will make make schedules of your viewing days, provide the listings physically in hand when you are performing a walk through, and shares his notes of what he had observed prior on (if any red flags are present). He was extremely organized and professional during all of our interactions.
Every single review about David has been bang on. I cannot emphasize enough about how David truly is as easy going, kind, knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and extremely helpful as his previous clients have stated. No matter what time of day, David made an effort to answer our questions and/or would go out of his way to find a solution for us. David provided constant reassurance and provided clarification during my struggle of working with a newer employee at the bank when our subjects and financing were going through. I do not think I could have done this process without him!
