What a miserable experience we had with Davies. Multiple emails, messages, and Voice mails went unreplied. We were promised a fence that never happened. Random workers always coming to the house. Move out inspection was BEYOND petty. The passive aggressive attitude we encountered was gross and uncomfortable.
We will definitely be sharing our experience with this company to all of our professional and social circles. Online and off.

The amount taken off of our deposit was excessive. And I sent them proof I had the place professionally cleaned and they still charged me a cleaning fee.

Probly the least accommodating friendly reasonable couple of people ever. Twice they told us we were approves and twice they changed there mind. The first time, I felt the property manager had a distance for me because I missed 2 schedules apps prior. One I missed by mere minutes and the 2nd I paid a 35 dollar cab just to get to. After that they said despite approval they have decided ro go with another family. Boo our loss, 48 days later listing is still available so I again inquire they approved it but say I have to pay for the entire month of Sept although I'm not moving jn until t he 15th... I had too t ripple check as that seemed ridiculous eventually she said okay I'll just pay the 15-to thr and of Sept plus 1450 damage this was on Friday so I signed the lease and sent in 800 with the intentions of saying the remainder Monday when I got keys etc. So they told me to hook up insurance and utilities otherwise this would effect move in date. Monday morning I get a call from the PM saying hey yeah we are juat gonna go ahead and cancel your lease and return your partial DD thanks bye.

My initial application we were a but apprehensive as tge p l ace is too small f I r the price and smelled like cat piss we were then told you gad decided ti go with another family. After 7 ish ignored emails I called and said I still see the unit listed, could we take it and finally was able to get things moving. I told the RM it would ta k e 3 days fir damage and she said

she said it shiuld be good, o signed
My lease Friday paid half dd 800$ with intention of paying remainder the following Monday. I hooked up all utilities and tennant insurance as instructed then Monday morning I'm told that have canceled the lease

After dealing with numerous property management companies I can say that Davies Property Management is as advertised, they do really give you peace of mind. It's almost too good to be true compared to other establishments. They are super professional, well organized, their owner portal is very helpful.
I have very little stress now and as an investor that is a great feeling!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Davies Property Management. They provided us with the move-out inspection report but never gave us the move-in inspection report. When we decided to terminate our lease, they imposed around thirty property viewings on us, sometimes scheduling three at the same time, which was extremely intrusive. To top it off, they charged us cleaning fees for areas that weren't even clean when we initially moved in. If you're looking to waste your money and endure a nightmare rental experience, Davies Property Management is the way to go. Avoid them at all costs!

When I started looking for rental place she’s the ONE helped very professionally to get me the right place for me, wife and kids.

She explained in detail and showed entire 2bedroom basement every inch of it.keeping in mind my kids, how to take good care of everything in & out of the place whether it’s your entry door unlocking system, all batteries, heating systems, all furnace cleaning and changing time to time, how to tackle when smoke alarm beeps, kitchen cabinets & all appliances deeply .All costing of products if needs to buy from different stores accordingly..

She’s always present in attending calls spontaneous reply to all my messages.

GAYLE THANKS A TON -one day I was not getting my job off ..So she especially came after her work hours, visited the place and showed me my final listing .

Recently went through the process of renting with Davies Property Management. They were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate us. Even though we had already seen the property once, Gayle quickly arranged another one for us upon our request. Before signing the lease, she addressed all our concerns and was very straightforward and reasonable, which we really appreciate.
Janelle was there for our second viewing, and also responded to all our questions and queries promptly.
Once we requested an expedited processing of the tenancy application, Nathalie was amazing and really went out of her way to get the paper work done asap.
Isabel was a pleasure to deal with and she always replied promptly.

I've been with Davies for just a few months now and they have already surpassed my expectations.
