Sharing my story of how DCI lowballed my family when my father went into the ICU. This happened in 2022 and I need to share our experience to warn others. We needed to sell the house as he was very ill, so we started the process of providing all photos and information necessary. Brett Michaels of the Edmonton location gave us an offer to purchase of over $330k. My dad went into the ICU. When I told Brent he lowered the offer immediately down to $280k for absolutely no reason other than to take advantage of our sad situation. Hoping we would sell out of desperation, we told him to take his offer and leave. What a horrible company. Seller please beware!!

Selling my home with DCI Properties was better than using a real estate sales representative. Absolutely no issues and best of all no real estate commissions. After the deal closed and I received my cheque, I asked my lawyer " how were they to deal with? " He responded "very professional." We were looking to sell our house, it needed some work... floors and walls were in need of repair. We spoke with DCI, they came to the house and we had a deal done within 30 minutes for a price we were very happy with. We were even able to leave stuff in the house that we did not want to take with us. Very easy to deal with apart from a couple of delays with getting the papers signed.Overall we were very satisfied with DCI.

I reached out to Mark at DCI because I needed to sell my dad's house that was in poor condition after he was transferred from hospital to long term nursing home care. Mark listened patiently and compassionately and was interested in helping me with a very stressful problem. Although, I recieved another offer and ultimately sold to another buyer, I would still recommend the DCI team. So if you have a house that's more trouble than it's worth, or its stressing you out, consider calling DCI properties and see if they can relieve your stress and help you out.
