Honestly, I wish I could give Deena more stars than the allowable 5. I never had an opinion on realtors, but after meeting Deena, I not only have a positive opinion, she is now the only standard that I would expect any good realtor should be! She forever changed my perspective on realtors for life. I had to go through a few realestate agents before realizing what it meant to find the “right one.”I found her accidentally while trying to look online at sold houses around my area. I’m thankful for this accidental moment! I said I was meeting with a different realtor and she respected my space. I told her that I would call her if anything changed. I didn't click with the one I met. He didn't put any effort into understanding our needs and honestly he didn't seem very motivated to sell our house. Deena on the other hand has maintained such a high standard and care to both my husband and myself. I mentioned the urgency of selling our house, that the other realtor was taking a loooong time to even make a listing online, booking a photographer and said one week wouldn't make a difference! It sure did because here we are just 10 days later with an offer and sold sign. The moment I spoke to her, she personally took it upon herself to take photos and have our house listed online(the very next day!!!) until she had her professional photographer come in. She listened to us/requests on how we wanted to proceed with this sale, and she definitely produced the exact result we were hoping for!!!! She made herself available to any and all of our needs. She even freaking cleaned my entire house!!!!! Being a very busy family of 6, we just didn’t have the time to do very much for the house, but she worked with us every single step of the way, and never ever did I feel judged or bad about our choices in this process. She had a way of easing any worries I had about the whole process in general. She made this new and overwhelming process so amazing. We cannot thank her enough for all her knowledge, consistency, genuine care and professionalism. Thank you so much for helping my family at this time, your efforts and genuine self are noticed and definitely appreciated beyond measure.
