Me and my wife were first time home buyers and we did not know how to identify the potential issues in an home. Thankfully a friend of mine suggested Jeremy Deering and it only took us a few meetings for us to realize we have found the right realtor. He guided us from viewing each house to its closing with meticulous care and fast paced action. I should also mention he insists on doing an inspection on each potential house. We were thankful to his approach on this since many buyers avoided inspections in a hard market. Due to his insistence we didn't bid for one particular house even though we liked it, but it had leakage issues in the basement. Any other realtor would have pushed us to buy it.

Finally Jeremy arranged for us buying a house of our dreams which was located not only close to bus stop and shops, but was also moderately priced in a low inventory market. As immigrants to a new country we will forever be thankful to Jeremy for finding our home sweet home and would highly recommend him to potential buyers.
