I have been a tenant for 10 years, Delair was recommended to me by two coworkers. I originally lived in a one bdrm+den then moved in with my new husband in to his 2 bedroom unit. I love the area, the people I’ve met here. Diane is the 5th manager since I moved in. All managers have been great with issues and upkeep. Diane so far is the best, always on the ball and deals with issues right away. The grounds are nicely kept up and hallways clean

Me and my husband have lived here for a few years and it has been amazing! Our building manager Diane has been so extremely wonderful as a building manager and a wonderful person in general. She’s always been extremely responsive and kind when we have had any questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a rental this is definitely the place. Everything is extremely well maintained and clean.

I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been a genuinely great experience! The apartments are in excellent condition; clean, well-maintained, and really comfortable to live in. What makes this place truly stand out, though, is the management. Diane Drewitt is an absolute gem!! she’s responsive, helpful, incredibly kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed something, she’s been quick to help with a positive attitude. The service staff are also fantastic, friendly, professional, and always do an amazing job with repairs. In nearly 10 years of renting, with 2.5 of those years spent here at Delair Court, I can confidently say this has been our best and favourite place to live.

While the property is located close to Highway 1—meaning some units may experience highway noise—the building is very well soundproofed, both from traffic and between neighbours.

Having the ability to enjoy a hassle-free, long-term rental these days is rare. Add in the conveniences of in-suite laundry, a heat pump if you’re in a south facing end unit, pet-friendly policies (cats only), and a fantastic property management and maintenance team—what more could you ask for?

Diane has been an exceptional property manager since day one. Whether you're sending a quick email or submitting an online maintenance request, any issues or questions are addressed promptly—typically within 24 hours or less.

My daughter and I have lived at Delair Court for 1.5 years and absolutely love it.
The building is close to the highway, very convenient for your shopping needs with Costco, Walmart and No Frills so close by.
Its quiet between apartments, the other tenants are wonderful. The insuite laundry is so convenient and wonderful to have!
The Manager Diane is the sweetest manager we've had in our renting experiences.
She is on the ball with any issues that may arise. The building inside and out is well cared for, and the maintenance team are great also!
I would definitely recommend living here.
