As a first time home buyer, this experience started out very overwhelming and a bit scary - until Delaney came into the picture as our realtor. She was so patient, and knowledgeable. Really took the time to explain everything to me, and really listened to our wants and needs and narrowed down some excellent options for us to look at. Good personality for the job Stuck with me through a lengthy process of finding a condo set up for my needs as a didabled person. Would recommend any time. Very casual in her approach... Points out the pluses an minuses of each place. Explains terminology well for a first time buyer. Would recommend to anyone heading out into the market. Your in safe hands with this lady. Always called back and texts me to reminded of what needed to be done an when. Very helpful. Steve bench. Deal with dealsney. Dutiful and quietly delightful.
