One star too many. Here’s the way we were handled. The only person who came to our home was the guy who took the pictures. They simply took the square footage of each room from previous firms listing. No one ever showed up. When you see his signs up all over the St. Andrew’s area, a chimp could sell a home there because it’s such a desirable location. I wish I would have read the reviews about his firm before we listed with him. Over 25% of the reviews were not good. Well here’s another bad one. Don’t waste your time with these clowns. The bottom line for them is their commission. We’re still waiting for a thank you from them for their $20000.00 commission. It’s been two weeks.

Derek was handling the sale of my home. My ex husband Albert Meijering was trying to profit from this sale and his very harsh review is posted here. Derek was following my lawyers instructions which shut out Albert from profiting.
My complaint with Derek was that he did not physically assess the property. He did not know that my ex still had his property in the garage. So when house was sold the new owner did not allow the property to be removed which was his right. Albert had 1 1/2 years to empty the garage. Albert lashed out at Derek but the fault was his own. The commission was 5% and so for that amount of money there should have been due diligence to inspect the buildings. This issue could have been avoided.
