Our big dream of buying a house has been made possible through Derek's help and expertise. As first time home buyers, we have a lot of questions in our minds. we didn't have a clear understanding of where to start and how to do things. Among all the other agents that we've tried to reach and asked/inquired, Derek was different. He was very quick to respond to our questions and from that very first phone call he made, we felt his sincerity. We viewed different houses from two different places, and he was patient enough to be with us during that house-hunting phase. He was also honest to state his professional opinions and we value his personal opinions as well. My wife and I work shifting schedules and Derek extended his time to accomodate us even after working hours or on weekends.
At one point, we were discouraged, disappointed and down because of a negative inspection report, but Derek empathized with us and understood how we felt. He is cool and did not pressure us.
Overall, we were grateful to have Derek as our agent and we would gladly recommend him to all of you planning to buy or sell a property. For us, Derek is sent from God to help us in this big decision/journey of our family!

Derek is an incredible agent, and one with integrity. We moved to Alberta from out of province and he was able to do a walk through video, submit an offer and get our home inspection all scheduled and done for us before we even arrived in town. We viewed for ourselves the day after arrival, and removed the conditions then next day. So 2 days after arrival in Alberta we were firm on the deal and had a quick move in as well. We would not hesitate to recommend Derek to anyone!!
