We have sold several homes with Derrick Stretch and have always had a great experience. He is very professional and knows the real estate market inside and out, which has led me to refer him to both my friends and family, all of whom have been extremely satisfied. A retired real estate agent also recommended Derrick to a friend of mine as "the best" so he is well respected in his field.
Derrick recently represented my daughter in buying her home and he was very helpful in selecting properties that were the best fit for both her family and her budget. Derrick Stretch came highly recommended from friends and he didn't disappoint. He recently sold my mother's home after she passed. Six years ago we moved to Saskatoon from Ottawa. We were so fortunate then to be connected with Derrick Stretch who helped us move to our home in Stonebridge seamlessly.
