My parents bought a house from DeSantis. The aftercare team at DeSantis is wonderful and my parents had a great experience with Sasha and Tony specifically. They have been in the area looking after the new developments and has always been super friendly and very accommodating to any requests that they have no matter how small or big. It truly feels like a small community experience. I don’t know many builders that have a wonderful after sale service.!
They are both very knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand.
Also had a great experience with Alex the on-site supervisor. He clearly has a lot of experience in this field and is able to answer all our questions.

They had a wonderful booth set up at the Winona peach fest where my kids could get a balloon. They were super friendly. We ended up winning their giveaway. They communicated often to make sure I knew where to find them and how to pick up the gift card. I got to the desk and was given a friendly smile and a congratulations. Just from chatting, they seem like lovely individuals

I recently purchased a Condo in Stoney Creek from DeSantis Homes.

The Customer Care team has made the transition moving in extremely easy and smooth.

We had a couple of things that needed to be fixed. the team was able to get them fixed in a short period of time.

I'm usually don't write reviews but I wanted to make an exception here because DeSantis Service department truly stands out! It's been approximately 6 months since I've moved into one of their condo buildings in Stoney Creek and I can honestly say that it's been one of the best decisions in my life. I met one of the service technicians, Tony, at the elevators the day I moved in and at first I was hesitant to ask questions about my unit (because I didn't want to seem pushy or needy the day im moving in) but I did it anyways. Tony was not only knowledgeable in providing me the answers I needed but he was so warm and welcoming. He and another technician, Sasha, even came up to my unit before the end of their work day to give me more information I needed. They didn't have to do, as that was way above and beyond, but they did. At that moment on, I knew I was home and I would be happy here.

During the last 6 months, I've had about 2 or 3 questions/requests for the service department and each and every time I reached out - Aga, the Customer Care Manager and technicians, Tony and Sasha, were not only quick to respond, but also provided outstanding service and always went above and beyond each and every time. They truly make me feel at home. If and when in the future I move on from my current place, my first go to will be DeSantis homes because of these wonderful people.

Recently had our decor appointment for our Muse condo. We met with Heather Humphries. She was amazing. Aquazul was a challenge with the decor and the delays; however, Heather has everything streamlined and we were in and out in 50 minutes. Her selections were awesome. Great experience.

Front office is the least professional people I met. Receptionist has the freedom to make judgement calls about customers without any prior knowledge of the issue. The receptionist even listens to the call we have with other desantis office colleagues which is very creepy and receptionist refuses to give her name when asked for. I hope your information stays safe with this builder as you have such questionable employees in the front office. Never buying home with desantis after such a scary experience. Hope desantis senior management is reading this and taking a note of this. Rest of the departments have very professional except for the front office receptionist who I believe should not be doing detective work

Recently started renting a unit from DeSantis homes! The team that assisted me was these two lovely, kind ladies, Chiara Campli, Alyssa DeSantis! They were both so attentive with any questions I had, made sure that I was comfortable through the whole process and would even accommodate me when I couldn’t make it to certain appointments. Fast forward to almost a month in my new home and they still message me making sure that everything with the unit is going smoothly and ask if they can do anything to further assist my experience! 100% recommend there team! Amazing work ladies! And thank you ?

DeSantis homes did an outstanding job at completing my unit. Although the pandemic impacted the delivery of my home, they were completely professional throughout the process. The company strives on treating their customers as family which is unique when dealing with builders. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.
