Just moved to this community. Love the location but the empty lot across my home is full of junk and dirt. Wondering anybody knows what is going to build in there? I hope they will make a small green area. It’s on Daniels Way, behind the apartment. There are so many multi-homes around here, we definitely need more green space.

Buying a home here is like given over promises, and end up under deliver... All builders including MLC said they will fix the block road along Desrochers blvd last summer but until now its still close. Home owners in phase 20 with school children have to go a long way because of this. With the premium housing cost youve charge your clients living in this area plus the upcoming HOA fee, builders and MCL should be ashamed how much inconvenience this has cost. It should be fair if You guys should have fix this before you have started selling this phase.

I bought my first home in Desrochers and can’t say enough good things about this community and location. It’s super quick to get anywhere in the city via 41 Ave and also has great amenities within a 5 minute drive such as Superstore and Tim Hortons. The community features a beautiful pond with a walkway that I enjoy daily walks around. There’s also a brand new school which is great for the young families hoping to settle somewhere where their kids can walk to school. Overall, I’m very happy living in Desrochers!

Checking out the show homes in this new neighborhood. Ready access to both Anthony Henday as well as Calgary Trail. All shopping amenities nearby, including South Edmonton Common only minutes away. My favourite show homes had walk-out basements facing the lake. A footpath surrounds the lake, which would be wonderful walk with the kids and dog.

Bought our house 2 years ago and we love the fact that this neighbourhood is so close to get to any where in city and the 41 exit . Chappelle being right next to us makes it easier for groceries and doctors and dentists . I only wish the road that connects Chappelle and Desrochers is open soon so we don’t need to take 41 to get to Chappelle and the road that connects these both neighborhoods actually takes us to Chappelle in literally 2-3 minutes but it’s still in construction no sure if there will ever be a road to connect .

Love the neighborhood, but I hope this neighborhood will NEVER have a HOA. Strongly against it, I moved out from another Heritage Valley neighborhood due to it.
Info about HOA was NOT disclosed to us when we purchased a house here in 2018. And now the info spontaneous shows up on developer MLC's website. This is some kind of "after thought"?
But I at least do appreciate MLC does not start charging the annual HOA fee after neighborhood completion. My previous neighborhood started charging a max $ when a third of the neighborhood wasn't even built.

Great community to live. Access to all services within 5 minutes drive. A small community with great neighbors. Future projects within the community is also substantiate our decision to buy a house in Desrochers Villages.

Finally deal done ✅, I got new house in Desrochers. Still lots of things under construction but for sure in future will be nice place to live . Hope gym will open Nearby soon .Dial a bottle liquor Delivery will provide free Delivery charge to Desrochers till December 2020.
