Nick & Colleen make living (Val Thérese) here the best experience. Wow!!! They're so efficient all year round. The parking lot is always clean (winter), the maintenance inside scheduled & prompt. They are both, very respectful, professional & friendly. I would have given more stars. Excellent!! The Devla properties are very lucky to have them.

I’d leave a 0 star if possible. Had called the office two weeks ago to find out about a property and get details. The lady who answered the phone said someone would contact me the next day. I have yet to receive that call and now those rental properties are sold out. I don’t know if she didn’t call back on purpose or what. Wouldn’t recommend them.

Extremely concerned as I'm being invoiced for I services received? Odd thing is I don't recall receiving any kind of services rendered. I did not even go to the location in question, step on on the property nor enter the premises. An I'm being charged? This is clearly outrageous!!

I can't view the "outstanding Excel invoice" as I will not open it, as I do not know this company. In addition, also don't have the program required to view it. I'm sure, I don't stand alone with respect to having the ability to see the "attached outstanding invoice", and refuse to pay for an invoice I cannot see either. Perhaps this invoice was created in error? Maybe they should complete their invoices in a more user friendly fashion, so customers can see what they've been charged for? or At least have the ability to see what the heck they are referring to. Maybe they've been hacked? Needless to say this issue is very concerning and refuse to pay an invoice I cannot see, from a person I do not know as well!!!! Respectfully concerning citizen!
