Sometimes it can be very tricky working with family but my sister Diana James kept everything extremely professional and was very informative when we bought our first home. We actually ended up in a bidding war this time and Diana negotiated for us and we got the home that we truly truly love! It's important to have someone with strong negotiation skills, especially when the market is super crazy so we were very lucky to have her. Thanks again D 🙂

Diana James is an phenomenal realtor! Until recently I knew very little about the home buying process. Diana does an amazing job providing a great deal of insight to her clients, especially for first time buyers like myself. Her knowledge and experience around homes has assured my decision to buy/invest through her in the near future.

Terrible experience with Diana James and her partner (didn't get his name) wouldn't let me in to see the property on 33 Yorkville unless I signed a buyer's agreement. Tried to force me to meet then at their office to sign up.. They lied about what the buyers agreement was at first (that it was required to receive property emails), then said it was for insurance. So unprofessional and inappropriate..
