Just going to share my recent experience here. I purchased a utility iron here and was not allowed to demo the club at all to make sure it was the club I needed for my swing. Therefore the result was to do the free fitting they offer with the purchase of a club. I did that and found out that I needed the other iron they had because it was a stiffer flex than this one. I go to exchange the club I bought 5 days ago and they would not do an exchange for a $270 club for another $270 club because they considered this 5 day old club with absolutely no markings on it and have never been used on a course to be a “used” club at that point. Mind you there is nothing in their policy that says you can not return a golf club after use in general and there are exclusions in the policy for objects that have been used and a golf club is not one of them. They instead offered a trade in value for this BRAND NEW $270 CLUB for $100.. mind you that you can actually demo clubs at their simulator or someone else can demo clubs ((and I’m not talking demo clubs they have in stock, I mean regular clubs sitting on the shelf)) at their simulator unbeknownst to you when you purchase that club and they still consider it new and make the unsuspecting individual pay full price for club they consider used after being hit. This is a scummy scummy policy. They literally wouldn’t be losing any money because it’s guaranteed they would have set it out there as a “new” club had I done the trade in. I don’t blame the workers for doing their jobs but this policy is ridiculous. So if your searching for a club don’t go here, please go somewhere that will make sure your getting the correct club for your swing.. hard lesson learned

What a horrible way to treat a customer that just spent $275.00 dollars a couple of weeks ago and refuse accept the unopened golf club set for a refund or store credit because I lost the receipt! If I loose the receipt and I want to return the item I just loose my money because I put have it at you store?

Amazon will definitely get all my business from now on, I always try to support my local stores but if you treat me like this you loose me

I highly recommend everyone to avoid getting stuff her and just order from Amazon!!!!

Well stocked store and good service. There is always someone at a station in here to assist customers. The golf section is always busy and someone properly getting fitted for the right clubs.

The apparel is always something new and trending. The displays are always neat and organize. Aisle are easy to pass through to shop.

Anytime I’m in here I have a good experience. Check this spot out. Experience the customer service and you’ll be back.

My wife and l went shopping for new insoles for her work shoes.No one was in the shoe department working and no one asked if we needed help. The young lady who checked us out needs to develop social skills and customer support as she was very unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about her customers.
