I’ve had such a great experience with Kimberlee! She helped me find the best price for my flights and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I changed my mind a few times about stops and airlines, but she never made me feel rushed or like I was being a hassle. She took the time to explain my options and made sure I was totally comfortable with my final decision. I really appreciated her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a reliable and supportive travel agent!

I have to express how amazing, wonderful and helpful Kimberlee has been and still continues to be. We have used Kimberlee and Direct Travel for several trips that we have already completed and are in the process of doing the final touches to a few more. Would not have been able to do everything we have so far without Kimberlee and her never ending patience with my hundreds of questions and changes.

I would like to say a big thank you to Marisa Brooks for all her hard work for arranging our trip to Old Quebec. She was fantastic when I had a glitch in plans when the person I was to go with could not make it at the last minute. Marisa made magic in turning my trip around and in the end I went with my daughter and grandson which we all enjoyed the trip and made great memories. I recommend Old Quebec to you all-the place is amazing-people are so friendly-lots to see. The architectural-workmanship of the buildings are out of this world-you truly feel like you are in another century. It’s a must see. They only thing I would have changed in our trip was our hotel. We stayed at the Hilton which was nice but not close to where the action was. The Hilton was in walking distance of the action but was hard walk back up the VERY steep hill on return to the Hilton at the end of the day after walking for any period of your day. I did scope out some of the hotels around the action and the one I liked the best was the Clarendon Hotel-this hotel is like staying in a old world hotel-again the workmanship /architectural was just beautiful and this is where I plan on straying on my next trip to Old Quebec. Again a big thank you Marisa!!!!
