Extremely unreliable fund. I submitted a redemption request over a year ago and still have not received my money. When I invested, the fund advertised a 30–90 day redemption period, which has clearly not been honored. Monthly distributions have also stopped—the last payment was in March 2025—following a previous suspension of payments last year. This fund is not suitable for anyone seeking a reliable income investment.

My experience, as a client, with District Reit: Sadly, me and my wife have been waiting for our redemption requests to be addressed, which have been pending since last year; they have been putting pressure on me to remove my previous comment about the fact that they have NOT given my money back to me at all... several requests have been pending... I am getting concerns that maybe all my investments are gone.... can someone suggest what are my options? can I sue them ? or are there any authorities, I can reach out to ? please advise?

It has been 10 months since I put in a request for redemption. Their policy is around 2 months. I have been patient and did follow up every month. But this takes too long now. I hope District REIT shall come up with a better liquidity management and a better policy on redemption. Better be upfront truth than excuses.
