Wow what a great experience we had with diverse team purchasing moving in and after moving in. We really want share our experience with people who planing to buy property from Diverse. This’s our second brand new home but compare to other builders out there, Diverse stand behind their products. Finishing is really great. Brent does world hardest Job. He replies very quickly most of the mails take action very quick and understand from client point.

It is absolutely the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Renters, beware. They will find a way to take your damage deposit and mark my words; this is preplanned.

This is my first negative Google review, and I do not take publicly spreading unkind words lightly.

Upon moving out, we had several scuff marks on the baseboards. Diverse claimed they received quotes ranging from $1700 to $3500 to fix this. Additionally, we paid a professional cleaner to clean our unit. It was not considered good enough. So, they demanded that we pay for an additional cleaner for 8 hours, adding $378.00 to our bill, and the list of demands goes on and on...

In short, Diverse has requested all of our damage deposit, imposing a significant financial burden.

How many young families, single parents, or any tenant in general has Diverse done this to in the past?

We will see you in arbitration, Diverse. Understand that you cannot take advantage of tenants. This is completely unjust, and it will not go unchallenged.
