WORST BEHAVIORS !!! by window 3 and window 4 ..they are not helping if you have language barrier also if you request to go to SUKHWINDER KAUR punjabi worker they never let you go for her what if we do something wrong worth our application. and pay fee for wrong information . My husband had questions about the application i was trying to help him but i don’t no that much because i am not belong to this field , i ask to window 4 a question about application , she replied me so rude it was my first question about the application.i will go for ZERO STAR for the service .if you talking to one worker they come and interrupt your conversation because they don’t have any patience and i am not raciast but i believe they don’t like indian customers because the thing i figure out they are very loude and rude with indians the time i spend overthere.and also they don’t care if you have your baby with you ,my daughter was crying and no 4 said go outside and set in the car? it was so rude !!!!!! never recommend this place .

I went different times different day to do my test, and they were all nice to me.

Last time I was there, I saw like 5 Indian guys all crowded on one computer taking the test.... I guess that's ok!!!? Also I understand that this is a testing facility, but I think they should also be able to renew your CMV registration and tags here as well....

It was quick, in and out. They should let u retake the written test if u fail again 2 more times after they make u pay again. Sadly, that's not the case. Once u fail, u gotta repay to retake it again, but overall, it's a good place. Employees are friendly and quick!

I was going to give a one star but the lady at window 3 helped me get my CDL super fast and efficiently. Since I am a trucker in the military, I get a waiver to get my CDL, I just handed her the necessary documents and before I knew it she let me know I was ready to go and that I would get my CDL in the mail within 2-3 weeks. Quick and good experience right?

Wrong. The lady on window 2 is a small brunette but man does she have a strong attitude before you even get to her. You can't even ask her simple things coz she has no patience and explodes right away. She should not be working for customer service. I went with her last year to ask about my CDL as well and she was absolutely no help. She is not well informed about the military waiver for the Even Exchange program. I come back a year later and the lady on window 3 helped me out super fast and efficiently. What a difference right? If the rude lady on window 2 would be nicer then maybe she would enjoy her job more. Nobody enjoys working but no customer wants a rude employee either.

Also, the long haired guy on window 1 is not informed enough to have helped me with getting my CDL either. They need to retrain their employees to know all the information needed to help out all customers in all situations. This guy is way nicer tho, he has a good attitude about it and treats customers better then the rude lady on window 2.

The managers of this location need to inform their employees about the military waiver for soldiers to obtain their CDL. I did not have to go through all this hassle to get my CDL testing waived just because their employees aren't well informed.

Small petite dark haired girl at window 2 is so rude I've dealt with her twice, 2 DIFFERENT visits and got the same rude attitude from her. She does not need to be dealing with customers with such an attitude. I work in customer service, and that is unacceptable especially when I did nothing to deserve it. I was sitting and waiting for my number to be called for 3 hours to renew my permit for the next 6 months and was told oh i cant help you, we close in 10mins and said i have to come back tomorrow. Ridiculous!

Very rude to people I was here for my commercial trucks license plate but the man over window 3 very rudely said that go to other dmv, I said that is this not for commercial, he said we only do testing!! Really! Bad behavior!!
