As everyone else knows in NS, these ppl are the worst of the worst. They have no issue wrongfully evicting people, without giving proper notice. Pure slime. Their apt building in amherst is really nasty. Full of mould. Has been for a decade. They just tell us to spray the mold with lysol lol magineeeee

Garbage people who love to post on Facebook making fun of low income people. Rob Dockery is absolutely disgusting. They'll reply saying that this isn't a real review but as everyone can see from other reviews there's a commonality. Go to their fb group thriving on minimum wage if you want to see how they truly are.

The reason so many dont use their real names while reviewing is because they are known to sue out of revenge.
The dockeries are notorious in truro as the worst landlords in the buisness

Heating systems so decrepit most oil companies refuse to fill so the dockeries tell you to use a specific one who will look the other way

They had a known methlab in one of the trailers on montgomory lane that they did nothing about

Most apartments are full of rat poo and mould

They withhold damage deposits on frivilous excuses

If you complain their usual response is "then go buy a house"

All of these reviews who they say they never delt with are legitimate old tendents who are scared to reveal their identities because they dont want to be sued

You can be a landlord without being a slumlord, you are truely horrid human beings and the scummiest landlords i have ever met in my life

You spend all your time endlessly complaining about "harassment" when all people are doing is telling the truth about what kind of people yoy truely are.

Hollow, miserable, unhappy, thin skinned slumlords.

I am one of their old tendents who went on to own a house himself, do not rent from them ever.

Fyi if you ever want your roof done be sure ill squeeze you for every dime in your miserable greedy pocket.

The negative reviews are likely from those that refrain from paying their rent and are problematic. They have been solid landlords to myself and my wife when we first moved to Truro, very accommodating and understanding folk. Can’t say I’ve ever had any issues with them. Nothing but the best - Brandy and David (Mark)

Aweful experience been renting for 10 years now and this was by far the worst rental experience of my life! Also know of several others with similar experience. Do your research! Or a google search!
