Big Shout out from Texas ,I Definitely recommend this place for ur next car rental , fast ,friendly environment, car I had was very clean, smooth and very inexpensive on gas !! Return process was fast and easy , only thing I would recommend is a shuttle to airport luckily I was able to get a taxi and they came asap other than that next time I am ever in Vegas I will definitely use dollar rental for my car rental services!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I tried to rent a car from the above location and the staff at the front desk was totally rude and disrespectful without merit.

I simply asked to change my location of return for the car and the answer was “NO”
I offered to pay extra and still the answer was no.

I then asked for the manager and she replied I am the manager and the answer is still “NO”

They literally ejected me from the rental car location because any change or cooperation on there part was well beyond there intelligence level, basically because if they said yes it would require more work on there

Also Dollar rental car insisted I rented a pickup truck ? Absolutely ridiculous on a vacation in Vegas why would I need a pickup truck. Totally ridiculous.

Below is a picture of the counter service agent that has absolutely no experience or understanding of his job and his actions were totally unacceptable, and should not be dealing with the public.

I booked this rental car thru Travelocity they were so disgusted with the actions and treatment by Dollar rent a car, thankfully they provided me with a full refund.

This dollar store location deserves no stars, if I could have applied-10 stars that would have been more accurate.

“Warning do not rent a car at this Dollar store location, as per all the previous One star reviews, there totally incompetent”

Please notice on most of the one star reviews Dollar Rental car gives the same robotic answer, they just don’t care.

Staff was really friendly, but this is the dirtiest vehicle I’ve ever rented. I was shocked to see all the stains and crumbs everywhere. The front compartments and glove box (not pictured) also had crumbs. It’s as if only the floor was vacuumed. I would have asked the staff for a new vehicle, however she was the only person working the front desk AND pulling out the cars, so we didn’t have time to ask for a new vehicle. Anyway, I didn’t think it was standard for a rental company to give out such dirty vehicles before, maybe steer clear of Dollar in Las Vegas.

I ordered an SUV but they were out of them when I got there so they put me in a really nice Camry. I had the car foe a week and everything was great. I did have one issue with return. I didn't realize they closed earlier and had to drop the car off at night. I got someone to follow me and since it was the only time I had to drop it, I couldn't find a parking spot so I pulled it up safely on the side of their property in the gravel. Everything worked out the next day but manager wasn't very happy. He thought I had abandoned it. But I showed up a little bit after they opened for the day and pulled it up safely to the return area. Overall this branch was super nice and this is the 2nd time I've used them.

I recently picked up a car here for one day use after booking it the night prior - the service was fast and easy.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Devon, who was very friendly and helpful. Not only did he caution that we booked an electric car (since some people are often unaware and only book it because of it's low price), he helped us determine how often we should charge it, etc, since it was our first time using one. He also provided some great tips re the hikes that we were taking that day.

When checking out, it was a quick process with the help of Daquan. He also was able to order us a taxi to the airport, also nicely warning us that it may be cheaper to order an Uber (that day it costed $40 for one so the taxi was the way to go).

Overall, very quick and pleasant experience!

The signs to drop off the car are confusing and not clearly marked. (See picture.) This location has NO SHUTTLES to the airport. Use the other local location to get shuttle service to the airport--the lady saw us with all of our luggage and didn't think to say anything before we returned the car. We had to get an Uber or they would have to 'charge us an additional fee' to take it back and drive to the other Dollar location.

To make matters worse, they gave us a car with dents, scratches, and a cracked windshield. Then, they said they were going to 'report' us and charge for the damages. (Will update this post to include photos of the damage to the outside of the vehicle upon pick up.) Pick up also took about an hour and a half, with a line wrapped around the building and only two desk workers.

When you're a rewards member you can add an additional authorized operator (AAO) to drive the car. However, even after providing my rewards number, the desk worker had no idea this was possible and said, "Maybe you need to be a rewards member for at least a few months?" ..um no.

They also charged us multiple times for different amounts ($466, $373, $110). The total should've been $750 but they charged us a total of $950. Every aspect of this experience was terrible and I do not recommend their services.
