C'est la 2e demeure que nous achetons avec Domicile. Nous étions très satisfaite de la première(1996) très bonne qualité et bons services après vente..Avons acheté un condo en 2017. Le projet et son désing, vraiment unique! Mais le service après vente est vraiment mauvais.A la grandeur du condo(1211'car.) les planchers craquent,tel une vieille demeure!!! C'est un défaut de construction,identifié par Domicile eux même.Attendons depuis 3 1/2 ans un changement complet des planchers du condo.Disons que mis à part plusieurs autres problèmes, le problème des planchers est majeur.Aucun acheteur ne voudrait de notre condo,même si il est vraiment beau!Domicile a perdu beaucoup de sa qualité première. Dommage...

Their new direction Anthony is taking care of the renovations as well as the tenants, on a very high level.

I currently live in a property of Domicile Commercial Management Inc which is located on Clarence Street.
The building is clean, secure with cameras and there is a permanent employee to meet your needs. From my development, the housing company was very helpful in answering all the concerns I had, even that of furniture. The director responds promptly to emails and especially what I liked and that they present the solution to you very quickly. You feel familiar and understood by employees. I highly recommend it 🙂‍↔️

Domicile has very nice projects unfortunately the way they treat their customers after purchase leaves more than a bitter after-purchase experience.
The aesthetics of Domicile condos are great but unfortunately their subcontractors quality is not the best.
When I purchased my condo from them on the first inspection, the unit still had paint spots missing, the flooring on the kitchen was not properly installed, the cabinet doors on the kitchen literally fell on my head as they weren’t even screwed. The list goes on....
The « customer service » after purchase is even worse; I called their customer service and the person in charge was rude and agressive, jumping to conclusions even before I explained my issue and hanged up the phone refusing to even listen to what my concerns were. One of the owners, after my complaint, refused to address my concern as the guarantee period had already expired. Clearly the quality of their treatment to past customers reflects the poor quality of their projects that unveils enormous defects as time passes.
I will definitely not recommend purchasing one of their units, even though they are nice to the eye, beware in case you have any issues as their lack of care for their customers and unfair and disrespectful treatment is truly felt.

I bought a condo from Domicile and moved in March 2017. Let me say I have purchased a number of homes in the past years and have never had the problems I am having here. Aesthetically the condo looks amazing you cannot fault Domicile for that but construction wise they fall short. We were told the unit was ready for inspection and when we arrived noticed that the floor in the entrance way had a bump the length of the hallway. Closet doors wouldn't close and still don't after numerous tweeking, the screen door for the balcony doesn't work still, the floors had a squeek here and there that you would expect after a number of years. Our entrance door had to be taken apart and adjusted and oh by the way the doors still have received their final paint of coat. They are blue with white paint on them - nice. All this is still in place. The floor is the biggest issue and all we kept getting was at first they didn't know then it went to we are discussing it and that has taken over a year. Other units have had bigger issues. I would never purchase anything from Domicile again.

I am a current tenant, the customer service is so bad. I called for emergency and the person in charge of this said I called too many times. Ridiculous. You can never get through the phone call to them.

I have been asking for the ledger for my parking spot for more than 3 weeks , we pay on time and we have to get our document as requested, such frustrating way to deal with customers
