The process of buying your first home seems daunting but it was surprisingly straightforward for us, in no small thanks to Dominic's expert assistance.

We had a couple of unique situations come up that the "what to look for when buying your first house" guides never mentioned but they were dealt with for us by Dominic. He would always provide us with our options and lay them out in a clear and easily understandable way that really that made making decisions much easier.

Dominic's competence was highlighted by the incompetence of the selling Realtor who dropped many balls along the way that Dominic was able to capitalize on and get significant concessions and price reductions for us.

All-in-all, what could have been a very difficult and time-consuming process was made far simpler than we could have hoped.
