Dawn and Matt at Domus have been our trusted realtors twice now - the first time when buying our Halifax home in 2018, and the second time in 2024, when my parents purchased a condo downtown. The markets were very different, but both experiences were fantastic. Dawn and Matt are super competent, efficient, responsive and kind. They were so patient and helpful, explaining everything to us as newcomers to Halifax. I would never use another real estate company, and I recommend Dawn and Matt to anyone I know who needs advice on housing. If we ever sell our home, they will be the ones to sell it. I had an experience to buy and then sell my first house with Dawn being my realtor. The experience was very smooth. I was guided honestly throughout the process. I could've been easily misguided for commissions considering my ignorance towards the real estate process but that was never the case. I was educated and properly guided throughout. In the end I was able to make good equity just because of Dawn. I'd strongly recommend Dawn for anyone in HRM area as she is very friendly, doesn't get offended even by stupid questions, always available for you during and after the process, will always show up whenever asked, and the list continues. There is so much more I can write here about the good things I experienced but will stop here. Thank you Dawn for being an awesome person to deal with.
