We just purchased our first home through Don and we cannot rave enough about how enjoyable our experience was with him. Allow me to write thus, or to tell you something concerning Don Norris, realtor and our experience with him. As my wife and used Don for the purchase of a house and property in St. John's, I was simply amazed, amazed at the breath and depth of his knowledge in the complexities of certain realt estate nuances, legal matters, the complexity and knowledge of building codes and of house builds, and just matters in knowing whether your about-to-be-purchased house is right for you. Something else. Don Norris has a 'settling affect' upon people. What is meant by that and how is it pertinent? When you are in the crunch of a negotiation or a difficult place, you will understand it. We would recommend Don Norris to you heartedly. Oh yes ..when you are dealing with your life's savings and for many, the often largest purchase of a lifetime, do you always want to use that novice agent?
