I cannot in good conscience recommend this realtor to anyone. She operated on fear based mentality that my home wouldn't sell, and blamed me for buying a new house already, which put pressure on her to sell my house given a 6 week timeline. She also insulted me, stating I was going to take it out at work and she felt sorry for the people that had to deal with me. I felt that this realtor doesn't work for you, and just wants to quickly take a deal to be finished and move on to the next.
