Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Support – Still No Resolution After 3 Weeks

I’m beyond frustrated with the experience I’ve had regarding my stolen parcel. It’s been over three weeks, and I’m still waiting for any kind of useful feedback — despite having a FedEx case number and following up multiple times.

When I contacted customer service, I was shocked by how unhelpful and disorganized the process was. I provided specific details, including the exact date and time of the incident, which was important for reviewing the building security cameras. Two parcels ( mine and my neighbor who lives on the other floor above me) were reportedly delivered at the same time, and both went missing — which raises obvious red flags. One of us even buzzed the delivery driver in, so we were hoping to use that timestamp for verification. But still, no real assistance was offered.

I expected at least a basic level of urgency and communication — especially given how clear the situation was — but instead, I’ve gotten nothing but vague responses and delays. It’s honestly disappointing, and I hope this gets escalated to someone who can actually resolve it.

I'd give it a 5 but that would leave no room for objectivity 🙂 One of the most well-maintained buildings I've lived in, the cleaners and groundskeepers are doing a great job. Granted, I moved in when most of the construction was almost complete, so I can imagine that was a test for long-term residents, but I'm looking forward to being one of those. I lived in Vancouver for a long, long time and the price to sq foot ratio is no match for Saskatoon and this building.

The cheapest and most frustrating company/building to rent from and they do not care at all about tenants. Air conditioning does not get turned on until May long weekend, regardless of how hot it is outside, and suites are poorly cleaned before the next tenants move in. We have spent three months out of the six months we have lived in a “premium suite” in 78-82 degree temperatures. Customer service representatives for the building were extremely rude and dismissive, which made every issue ten times worse. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA.

Love,LOVE the place, love the customer service,suite is beautiful, maintenance staff are super friendly and my neighbors are all great...the only thing I can honestly complain about are the damn pigeons. Lol
