We bought our home in Nova Scotia while still in Saskatchewan. Doreen was amazing every step of the way. Sending us videos of the property, extra photos of the house, and helping with arranging inspections and communicating with owners. As we were required to self isolate upon arrival, she even had our fridge and cupboard full of food. Doreen is unlike any other agent we have ever worked with. Lightening fast responses to texts and emails. Doreen continues to assist with contractors/recommendations and is always happy to answer our questions long after the sale is over. I contacted this brokerage, Red and White Realty, as they were the listing agent. I wanted to buy their listing in Cape Breton. The RE, Mr. McPhee agent got back to me with questions, and I answered them. As of a week later, he did not get back to me so I contacted the Brokerage itself. I asked if another agent was available since Mr. McPhee did not get back to me. They contacted him and he called me a liar and said this was the first he had heard of it. So I forwarded his initial email to me back to him and the Broker, Mr. Anderson, to refute his claim. No one has gotten back to me on this since.
