Dr. Amjad Al-Zubaidy Family Practice - Milton, Ontario

I ended up with Dr. Al-zlZubaidy after my old family doctor retired and he took over the practice. I am so happy I stayed! He has always been supportive and empathetic when reviewing any concerns I have, whether it be new medications or mental health related. As a female patient, there is always a worry that a family will default to "have you tried losing weight " or its just "female problems". He always takes the time to ask clarifying questions and considers past medical history. He has never denied me a referral to a specialist.
The office staff are also incredible, well organized, kind and always go above and beyond to meet patient needs. Quick to respond to email and very clear on the phone.
I have referred a few friends to him and they where happy with the care they received.
Cannot say enough good things about this practice, the staff and their work ethic.

Dr. A is my doc and I always enjoy visiting him and interacting with his staff (Aisha and Lubna). I like that he gives good lifestyle advice and recommendations on top of being attentive as a doctor, and doesn’t just give meds unless needed. Thank you!

I don’t usually review doctors but I just had to say something about Dr.Zubaidy!!! She’s amazing! I just had my first visit with her. She is incredibly kind and thorough. She answered all of my concerns (I had a lot) and didn’t rush me at all. She really went above and beyond. I’m not going to lie thou I’ve seen good doctors. What is really amazing about her practice is she is ON TIME. I’ve become so accustomed to waiting over an hour at a doctors office that this was a pleasant surprise. I waited maybe 5 minutes? Lastly, the receptionist was so kind! That was a first for me in Toronto haha.

The only issue I had is that the specialist Dr. Zubaidy referred me to was having a hard time accessing the medical records they sent over. I had a hard copy of my medical records so I was able to drop it off to the specialists clinic but I hope they can work on this so it’s not a hassle for patients.

All in all, I’m impressed and I’m so lucky to have found a truly amazing doctor in Milton.

I would definitely recommend this clinic. Aisha was very good and helpful at front desk Dr. Al-Zubaidy is very friendly. Got my appointment for the vaccination so quickly and right on time. Five stars service.
