I recently moved all my insurance to this branch and I am very impressed with Tina Lysohirka. Very responsive to calls and emails along with advice for the correct amount and kind of insurance.
In addition the registries at this location is the best in the area, always have lots of staff on hand to take care of customers in a timely manner. Keep up the good work.

I went in to take a class 5 exam, and I have 4 main points to touch on about this session with the instructor:

1. He constantly found some way to distract me. Whether it was messing with my center console, chewing gum obnoxiously, or messing with the fan controls while I was driving.

2. Turning left through an intersection, I knew I had plenty of time and a different vehicle honked at me, somehow resulting in 10 points for "slowing down traffic". Instead of explaining to me why he gave me that mark after the session, he told me then and there.

3. He did not let me keep the testing sheet for review, even though I asked.

4. I have tried to call and email them, it has been nearly a month and have not gotten anywhere.

I feel like I was at traffic stop by police not in registry. White lady with tattoos no smile on face and did not answer any question even she knows everything. People who provide public services should be welcoming and helpful behavior.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Shauna today. After spending two years getting my life back together I expected to have to pay more for car insurance and instead I was met with a sarcastic, condescending insurance woman who kept pushing me to go somewhere else and belittled my current status. She told me that monthly I would be paying $600 a month and despite them not closing for another hour and a half when I asked if we could move forward with the quote so that I could see, she promptly told me; “No, she didn’t want to nor had the time to run through a quote with me when she KNOWS I won’t be happy.” She continued to tell me that I should’ve expected this. I cannot emphasize enough to never go here. I hope Shauna is reprimanded very hard for her treatment of people.

Stopped in at 4:10 was looking to take a test. When i arrived the line up was at the door . All the computer desk were full but only seemed like 3 people out of at least 7 people were actually serving the customers. Super frustrating Seems like they could care less . I was 4 people away from getting to a teller i asked the lady when the cutoff was for test and she said 1 hour before close . I just left would be nice if there was a sign on the door so you don't waste your time . I believe they need more workers .

I've gone to this registry 8 times now, they do not want me to pass my road test and instead will suck all the cash I have. I only almost passed once. I do not recommend this as a place to take road tests from since some of the examiners are in a rush.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Has been fully staffed each time I've been here (usually in the afternoon). They aren't open quite as late as other registry offices.
