I don’t know why it took me so long to write this review, but as I sat on the balcony relaxing today in my dream home I really felt so grateful to be here and we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for the amazing service from Shannon Drummond! My partner and I were first home buyers, ready to buy in a crazy market! The experience of our first home purchase went so well we were in disbelief at how easy it was for us! Shannon worked hard to make sure we got this home and we are so grateful for it! As first time buyers we really didn’t know so many things - Shannon was patient and made sure we understood everything every step of the way! Anyone with experience knows that buying and selling your home can be very stressful. My wife and I were fortunate enough to meet Pat and Shannon both of whom made the process as seamless as it could be. Will apologize beforehand for the delay in writing this review at the 1 year mark...it's more like a year and a half.
Assistance included everything from suggestions of little things we could do to our previous townhome to set it up for sale to keeping an eye out for good deals on a fixer-upper freehold.
Feelings can certainly run high during this time, but Pat/Shannon are very good at bringing one back to ground level.
The only regret is that we may not need them again for a long time as I think we've found our long term home(will likely even retire here).
You are more than welcome to come over for tea/wine anytime.
