This place is so nice and convenient for stay in portage. With an option to rent from month to month or a year lease. Property manager (Miguel) is also so kind and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this secure and safe apartments.

It's a very beautiful apartment and lovely environment. It has good parking space, nice community lounge and gym for it's residents. Amiable technical support staff which include a resident site manager ready to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciate the management and staff for the effort to make the apartment a home for all. Cheers.

We lived here for two years and it was a great experience! The support staff, and maintenance techs were very efficient and helpful. The resident site manager was super friendly and responded to our needs very quickly. 🙂

Excellent service! Miguel and his team are exceptionally kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make my move-in a breeze. The maintenance guy even gave me a hand during my move and they also both responded promptly to my request.

I really do enjoy the stay here so far! i love using the gym and am enjoying the amount of space these apartments provide! there’s alot of good people here in these buildings, the maintenance workers and caretakers are friendly and the managment as well are great!

Miguel is a wonderful building manager. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Living at Dufferin landing is its own little community. Fast repairs. Easy to access help when needed.

We’ve lived at a property owned/ managed by the same company in Winnipeg and management there was incredibly pleasant to work with.

It wasn’t a surprise then that we opted for this property when relocating to Portage La Prairie. Immediately I was wowed by Toriea (manager on site). She is very helpful, accommodating and professional.

When we moved in, the suite was clean and move in ready. There were some minor touch ups that had to be done but they were attended to immediately.
