Dustin was super helpful in working out a deal for our acreage property aiding us securing 3 parcels of land and a house. He worked hard for us and is very knowledgeable. He has also worked in the residential construction industry so he imparts his knowledge on that as well as his real estate investment knowledge which can be very helpful if that's one of your investment strategies.

We used Dustin to sell two of our properties and also buy a new home. He was always very professional in all the transactions, he is easy to talk to and is really down to earth. He was able to sell both properties within two months of a tough market and was able to get us what we wanted for the sale price. At the same time he was always eager to show us houses, never made us feel like we had to settle on whatever house would bring him the biggest profit. Took the time to go through each house, with good knowledge of construction he was able to point out issues that we may have overlooked. He was able to get us a fair price on our new home. We used his suggestions for lawyer, house inspector and mortgage brokers which made the whole process go very smoothly. Dustin was recommended to me by another couple to help me find a house in the Saskatoon area and I couldn’t be happier. He was very accommodating to our very tight schedule that we were available for to see homes. He was super easy to talk to, very personable, friendly, and easy going.
