I used Dustin's services again this fall for our condominium complex. As mentioned, Dustin has an extensive network of contacts and one of his contacts did the work. The quality of the work was excellent, and the stucco repairs on the garages, the metal fence painting, and the exterior stair painting started on time and was finished very quickly - no waiting around for weeks for the work to be finished. Our condo board is very happy with the work that was done. We will be using Dustin next summer when we have more exterior maintenance projects to get done.

I phoned Dustin about getting getting my main front window caulked as a result of water ingress into my living following a severe thunderstorm. Dustin was out to do the work at the first opportunity that I was available. The upper window frame was caulked as well as the brick header. The job was done extremely well and I was very pleased that his estimate on time charged was right on. I have every confidence that Dustin's work will have sealed the leak. Dustin has many contacts in the trades that allow him to provide a full range of services. Dustin is a very personable guy and I would highly recommend him for all jobs, large or small, around the house.
