Our complex is managed by Dwell Property for a few years now; After few years and fully experiencing Dwell property management, it is clear that Dwell Property and the property manager cannot manage the work.
In several instances contractors, fire department shows up with no notice. I have asked explanation from the property manager, Florin, but no accountability and proper action was taken other than just apologies. I tried to escalate to Dwell Property management but Ken did not respond to any of my calls or emails, or voice mails.
Poor management, zero accountability, overall I recommend staying away from Dwell Property Management.

This is to respond to Ken's comment on my previous review. Ken, unfortunatley you have invalid information. I have videos and photos of the work and it is evident that the management decided to enter the limited common property without notice, and your claim about water leak is invalid, photos and videos have been shared with you irresponsible coorporation. There was no leak or emergency, the leak you are mentioning was not even the reason the management company allowed the workers on the limited common property. Now, as you can see the place has turned into a safety hazard with the slippery surface left for residents for more than 3 months without any progress!! To everyone reading this review, I have full evidence and it has been shared with Ken and Dwell Property management. Ken and his management refuse to speak with me, showing another unprofessionalism at its best.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by our property manager, Sam Kong. He is simply the best!
Sam has been our property manager for many years and he has consistently exceeded expectations. His responsiveness and prompt attention to all concerns brought forward are truly commendable. From providing valuable insurance information to swiftly resolving emergency plumbing issues, Sam has always demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to assist.
Recently, I encountered difficulty reaching the accounts receivable department to resolve an issue. Despite numerous calls and sending email, I was unable to connect with them. To my relief, Sam promptly responded to my email within a couple of hours, efficiently resolving the matter for me.
We are very fortunate to have Sam, his dedication and exceptional work ethic deserves recognition and praise!

We've had good experiences with Dwell. Our Property Manager is very involved with the Strata and quick to respond to requests. He is up to date about local legislation and how its changes may affect the Strata. He gives clear advice and recommendations, but is also quick to follow-up if the Strata chooses to go in a different direction.

Stay away from this property management company. These people are enabling poor behaviour in strata environment. There are way too many points to put out in this review. Our strata is run poorly, it’s been an absolute mess for the past two years. Things are not getting completed. I have reached out for professional non bias support to see if this is how things are supposed to run. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all costs. They do not answer questions when asked.
I am currently being bullied and treated unfairly for asking questions on Strata as an owner. I am not the only one concerned about what is happening within Strata and my voice, or anyone else’s is not being heard. We are now living in a community of fear and fair treatment.

We switched to Dwell Property Management after reviewing multiple other companies and obtaining reviews from industry professionals as well as from other complexes' strata councils. We have been impressed with Dwell from the start. Our property manager, Chloe Dupont, is consistently knowledgeable, available, and professional. Highly recommend.

Alex Ho at Dwell has been our property manager for about a year now and I've been extremely happy with the level of service provided. I've found Alex to be responsive, knowledgeable, diligent and professional - everything that I look for in a property manager. Dwell has been a breath of fresh air compared to other property managers. Can't recommend them enough!

I am handling the property of H&H building. My property Manager if Alex Ho and he s very professional and impressive. He was always pleasant, helpful and sincere, never pushy. He was always responsive to my emails and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. I am very thankful to be working with him. It is indeed a pleasure working with him.
