The company is absolutely toxic. The government needs to investigate this company. All bad practices! The director of operations is an absolute joke. If she has another job and is too busy, she shouldn't be working 2 jobs. The customer service team is infested with toxicity. The team lead and trainer are the worst people anyone could meet and a bad example of Canadian culture. Really shameless!

I wish I could give them less than one star too. This company seems to be running some sort of scam. Dye & Durham owns a company called Cyberbahn. In July 2020, I checked on a corporation I registered with Cyberbahn over a year earlier to see if annual notices needed to be registered and have been told by Dye & Durham that by doing this I signed up for a monthly subscription service. I wasn’t properly notified that I signed up for this service, never intended to sign up for this service, and have never used the service. I keep getting invoices for $149 per month, even though I have asked them to cancel them. I was told my requests to cancel the invoices and the service will be taken care of and forwarded to a manager. Nothing has been done.

I am an MD who set out to renew my Certificate of Registration for my CPSO Medical Professional Corporation with Dye & Durham.

Erroneously I ended into their Register New Corporation Name page. I did not notice that I was in the wrong area and since Visa # was predetermined I bbilled.

I did not go forward & abandoned the process. I was sent a receipt $240.57 but NO CERTIFICATE FOR NEW NAME REGISTRATION.

I emailed to their support centre the problem.

After 1 days, I received an email from them indicating that they will issue a refund the outstanding $240.57 charged erroneously to my visa in 2 weeks time.

It may take 2 weeks for the refund to be made

I will take them at their words.

Years of deceitful pricing and subscription enrolments. A 1000% price increase to a vital service without alternative, without any discussion. I was forced to watch a 30-second ad for D&D this morning while I was trying to do important work on another system. I will do everything in my power to avoid working with D&D again.

Very long period of time before receiving the requested document. Had to ask two or three times for it, just like last year, which caused additional fees from my professional institution. Wrong document received, tried to call several times customer service, but only reached automatic messaging system every time. On top of that, fees are way more expensive than other companies providing similar service and delivering the appropriate document within a few…. minutes! I strongly not recommend.

We have used Dye and Durham for years now but currently hoping to switch to ESC instead. They have the worst customer service, rude people dealing with customers who constantly interrupt when you talk, long wait times on the phone and it is frustrating.
I would rather give my money to another company that can appreciate my business.

I paid to have an incorporation done and there website did not work. I waited a day and tried again and it was still down. No one answers the phone. i tried several times and was just left on hold. I left a email to tech support asking for a refund as i needed the product by the second day. A person named Anukriti responded back and said a refund would take 2 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and still no refund. I threatened calling my credit card company and writing a review and still nothing. I called the credit card company to have charges reversed.
Stay clear of this company. they simply do not care. they take your money and ghost you.

I am APPALLED at this company's customer service. Took me forever to get through to someone who was going to help me with a refund in the first place, then they promised me a refund on Nov 15, and now here we are 4 weeks later. No refund, no responses to emails and they're not picking up any of their calls. How is this fair? It's not like they lost my business, there was an error with the first filing, and the rep told me to go ahead pay again for a new account (which I did) and that he'll take care of the refund. AND NOW HERE WE ARE....I've double paid and I'm now completely being ignored by the team.
