My husband and I and his father(has an Eagle Home) worked with Eagle homes getting “Grandpas Cabin” onto our property almost 2 years ago now. Everything was smooth and efficient. This year we made the decision to upgrade to an Eagle home and are currently working with Brad at the Cranbrook office. He also has a family with littles as do we and it made it all that much more personable and easier to discuss our long term needs for us and our children. Brad has been truly wonderful to work with. He is professional and kind, putting us at ease and making great changes and suggestions to optimize our new space. Thanks to Brad and the other staff at Eagle Homes Cranbrook for making our dreams come true!!

We have dealt with James at Eagle Homes for many years and we were always happy with his service and Quality Homes that we have Bought over the years. Since my husband passing away James has always been there for me , he has even brought his snow blower over one season when I was boged down in the snow. We recently bought a home from Eagle Homes and had a great experience with James and Krystal. They promptly and fairly resolved all minor issues that come with a new home. After a couple of months, we’ve found no major concerns. If you’re considering a prefabricated home, Eagle Homes is worth a look.

Eagle Homes Cranbrook promptly dealt with a foundation block warranty issue on a home I recently purchased. The error was traced to installation by a trucking company 8 years ago but Eagle's own crew corrected the blocks professionally at no cost to me. I am happy the local office is a handy resource for all my future upkeep questions. Thank you for the excellent service!

Trying to get a home built was such a big process. But eagle homes was there every step of the way. We ended up having to wait an extra year before we could order, do to unforseen circumstances on our end. but they gave us wonderful service the whole time. The home was on time. Any time we had any questions or concerns they helped us right away, even when they were busy. They make you feel like you are the only priority even when you know you aren't the only person buying a home. I am very pleased with everyone that was involved. If i were to get another modular home built, I would definitely go with eagle homes again.

James and Krystal were there every step of the way in our purchase of a new modular. The process of purchasing and seeing everything that is available allowed for a very informed choice of options. It can be daunting for a first time buyer to visualize the many things to consider in doing all the prep work required to place a home on a full basement. I’m a novice at this and we had a 99% success in meeting all our goals. We had a couple of setbacks but those were beyond the control of Eagle Homes and it would have been 100% success were it not for the weather. Regardless of our very minor setbacks, our home was set on the 15 May and we were under the roof with everything completed by August. Thanks to the crews who did all the completion tasks.
