It was a very nice experience living in boardwalk, Eastside estate. Maintenance is topnotch and very responsive. I will recommend anytime any day. Their representative 'Laarni' was very professional and cautious. 5 star all the way without any hesitation.

I am so happy and lucky to have met the Boardwalk Living Eastside Estates. Especially Laarni was very polite from the first moment we met, she was expert and gave explanatory information and after eliminating other alternatives, our family’s new sweet home couldn’t be anywhere else. I can definetly say that Boardwalk Living is Canada’s most professional and largest construction and property management company. I would recommend it to everyone.

My process of moving in to the property was seamless and easy. On the day I moved, I was walked through the property, by a very friendly staff, all the concerns I raised addressed immediately and I have had other challenges over the weeks which were also attended to without delay. Overall I would say the boardwalk Living is excellent and I recommend it to whoever is interested in renting a working friendly neighborhood with all the necessary amenities close by, especially school for the children, a library, shopping mall and in the heart of the city.

Agnes and her colleague are great and very professional! From the virtual tour to the move-in date to now with our various requests, they have been very attentive and responsive. They make sure our issues are resolved perfectly and quickly.

Boardwalk has been good to me the past 7/8 years I’ve lived here. Can’t complain. They have always come in a timely manner to make repairs when needed. Could do without the neighbourhood kids banging on my window and running across my step but overall it’s been good. A little expensive though for me.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are action driven whenever their are immediate concerns or issues on the facilities. I would highly recommend this for all those looking for a comfortable, clean and safe place especially for families.

My daugher's renewal lease is due, they never once mentioned rent increase when talking to her verbally on the phone July 13. There is no communication on Yuhu either. Trying to pull a fast one? Good thing I READ before she signed anything. By law, she still has to be given notice if rent is increasing.

Beautiful environment, great location for newcomers. Laarni and Agnes are exceptionally warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend Boardwalk anytime.
