Eddie sold us our first home (townhouse condominium) and did everything he could to get the developer to give us a possession date in 2014. I was overwhelmed by the whole process and the amount of information when looking for a home, but Eddie gave me confidence when making decisions, he went the extra mile to make sure that all my questions were answered, seek out information when needed and was very transparent with communications. Most importantly, he was extremely respectful, empathetic, and a very genuine person so I didn't feel like "just another client". My family and I were very picky when looking for a home and I felt Eddie definitely went through trial by fire to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Went through well over 10 homes to the point that i lost count and made the effort to make it most convenient for us.
