Absolutely awful customer service. I was told my new payment date was scheduled for a specific date the payment was taken before the date mentioned and when I called to ask about it the lady on the phone talked down to me, instead of listening to the frustration of being told different dates by the service rep. Talked over me and then refused to pick up my phone call so that I could fix the payment issues that I needed to deal with. Leaving me in a financial situation with no help or support from their team what so ever. Very upset and wpuld not recommend that anyone goes through this lender for any car plans and finds one with better customer support team

Lisa Stephens is the worst person to deal with. extremely rude and very very unprofesional
This company makes you sign a PAD agreement then loss their minds if you exercise your right to cancel pad as per THEIR contract. Repoed my car over it LOL. They would rather take pennies on the dollar owed then allow you to pay through online banking
Oh also they want to charge $100 for NSF HAHA

I would give zero stars if I could. Don't communicate with them there is nothing they will do to help. They would rather screw your credit then help you. DON'T USE EDEN PARK! This is my advices
