Hello, I want to share my impressions and experiences.
I have been living here for a year with my family.
We are from the Ukraine. When I came to Winnipeg I looked at several different apartments, but Park City Commons is the most beautiful, quiet, and comfortable neighborhood I have lived in.
The neighborhood is always perfectly clean and has a dog walk area.
The entrance is always very clean.
I was impressed by the idea that even leaving the apartment you feel comfortable, because there is a recreation area where you can sit and drink tea and chat.
Our apartment has all the new appliances, everything works perfectly.
The houses are new and have everything for proper living and comfort.
On a separate note, I would like to thank the office for their attitude to their residents.
Feedback is always top-notch and it is always a pleasure to talk to them.
I love this place and always want to come home.
We renewed for another year and hope to continue to enjoy this wonderful place.

We have lived in Park Commons for a year and a half and cannot say enough good things about this place. The grounds, up keep of the place is always done. Now we have a lovely area with benches, waterfall and walking path. April, Sherri and George are always there when you need an answer about something. They are wonderful and always so pleasant. The last call we made about a problem we had in the apartment was taken care of by George. He was professional and did a great job. He sure knows what he is doing! If your looking for a place that is well taken care of and has friendly staff this is the place you should definitely look at.

I am, and always have been for 3 years now, happy to live in my apartment. Each time I need something done the staff are quick to respond. I also have a dog so was thrilled to get into an apartment that accepts pets. Thanks to our cleaning person and resident manager my block is always clean.

All in all, I am very satisfied and plan to continue living here!

I have been a resident of Park City Commons since the beginning of the site...
Have seen all the amenities build and the complex grow.
It's the best place I have ever lived in, with the most caring service and management team.
The property is well cared off: always clean, plants and lawns are watered and cared for regularly.
And everything you need is next door: Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, gas station and of course Starbucks! 🙂

I love loving here! Caitlin and April are incredible property managers. I couldn’t ask for a team that is more attentive to tenant’s needs and questions. I’ve lived in many apartments across Canada and this is the best experience by far! The people that are complaining about the management team in these comments are disgruntled tenants that have been making problems for everyone in the building. If you’re a good tenant that respects the common areas they are nothing but supportive.

This is my third year living in Park City Commons and my experience with staffs and management is simply amazing. From day 1 up to now they are very friendly and accommodating. Everyone is very respectful. I made friends with them ? I highly recommend living here. Location wise it’s sooo accessible to almost everything.

I have been living at Park City Commons since 2019, and my experiences have been nothing but positive. The property managers are amazing and professional. They have always been very helpful and patient in answering questions. Quick response time in handling whatever issues we have, though minor. Milena has been great to work with! I love this company!

These two stars are for Sheri and Dana. Otherwise I would have given 0 stars for just Caitlin- The biggest Racist I have ever met. From day 1 she never liked us, made us feel like brown people or other ethnicity people doesn’t deserve to live in park city commons. She is the worst property manager- with 0 etiquette. I hope someday she changes and stop making people’s life miserable just because she doesn’t like colored people.
