These new landlord are as greedy as it comes. Hasn't done any upgrades to the suites and is charging like your getting new renovated suit , also they want to charge for waste and recycling management which Noone does and there is no incentives to living in this place other than allowing pets but you still have to pay for those . I lived in one of these buildings in 2012 and it was 800 for 2 bedroom unit and now my mother lives there 2024 I have seen no upgrades , her apartment has flooded, her sink wasn't fixed for days yet they want to keep increasing rent and now add on even more like water, waste and recycling. This building is making WAY to much money off the people who can't afford it and constantly asking for more. GREEDY CORPORATE RENTALS AND UR YOURE NOT CORPORATE, EVEN WORSE .
People rent shouldn't go up over 15% in a year when people budget don't have that much movement these days and I can only imagine how much extra is being scraped in increasing everyone in those buildings rent by 15%+ from people who cant afford it. shameful.

I have resided at Edgewood Estates for 13 years and am very satisfied with the maintenance and office staff. However, the landscaping at the entrance of 3604 B Building needs some much needed attention. Otherwise I'm very satisfied hence the length of time I've resided there.

we were able to rent while in US, when we arrived after 4 days of driving apartment was ready for us, moved right in with no issues. Onsite property manager is great.

Drywall falling apart, leaks in walls everywhere. People coming into your apartment unannounced to fix stuff related to other units. False information/lies given from building manager on multiple instances.. yeea maybe check out the next place on your list..

Love living here. "Landlords" have even put out doggy poop stations that have small bags to pickup your dog or cat poop and there are larger bins underneath to put that collected poop in. Plus if they come to repair something they leave you a note with candy on it. Lovely units. My daughter says she wants to live here forever.

Was trying to rent from here, relocating from Red Deer to Leduc. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a showing booked, when we arrived for the showing, the person I was in contact with wasn't even there and we hadn't been told. After another person showed us the unit we decided to take it. Had to practically chase the person we dealt with in order to take the next steps. Took a couple weeks for the deposit to be posted to the account. The deposit was supposed to have been posted so I could pay it manually. Instead the payment was attempted to be withdrawn from my account with no authorization. My payment information was on Rent Cafe from a previous property, and this property/company had no authorization to touch my account. Ended up getting a $49 NSF charge because the money wasn't in my account, as I wasn't expecting that amount to be withdrawn. This caused two more payments to go NSF for another $49 each because of the first $49 NSF. Not impressed with this company at all, and there was no follow up from the company when I brought all of this to their attention, other than an initial message offering a $100 move in credit when we moved in, which completely glossed over the fact that they had tried to take money from me illegally. We were supposed to have moved in on the 15th, and there was no contact at all from them in regards to the expected move in or the money that was attempted to be taken from my account with no authorization.

I have lived here for 5 years. Glory and Jerry are amazing. Quick to answer questions and any repairs needed are dealt within a matter if hours. Thank you for making apartment life feel like home for all these years.

The building is located on the south-side of Leduc, and not far from the Leduc Rec Centre. The management of this property are fast tending to building repairs, sidewalk clearing, and most other concerns. Washer / Dryer in-suite, The building is very clean for the most part, but there are issues with some animals, and the rent is quite high, but comparable to other buildings like it in the area.

The biggest issue we faced when living here are the dogs that are allowed in the building. Building management allows large dogs in this building which have caused issues such as peeing and pooping the stairwell, barking loudly, and uncleanliness outside. We had a small dog, and was accused of many things in the building which we did not do.
