I received my Audi back from parking it here, and I was shocked to find a big scratch on my leather steering wheel. As if the parking attendant held the keys in his hand while pulling himself in or out of the car, scratching the steering wheel deeply. I hope the company can help with finding a solution because the car is practically new and now it looks and feels horrible with this deep scratch.

I parked from one day into the next, my car was safe and no damage to report. The gentlemen running the garage are not too talkative but they seem to run a tight ship. It was a great price for overnight parking in Manhattan, in my opinion.

This is the best parking garage in NYC, Edison Park Fast at 375 Lafayette St. I have been parking here 3 times per week for the past 3 weeks as I visit my Chiropractor on Broadway. I am always able to get a spot regardless of the time of day. The attendant is always extremely courteous and work very quickly for you. After I pay and he brings my car out he always says “thank you for your business and thank you for your generosity “. Just good old fashion business sense with a smile that makes me want to come back every time I need to park in the area.

Paid 40$ for a hour and 5 minutes. Told them to leave my car for another 30mins since I am charged for up to 10hours and they said I couldn’t because I already paid.

We parked 45 minutes before our reservation time from the show we booked and stayed about 1.5 hours after, only paid ten additional dollars. Attendant was cool and friendly. Surprised me after the reviews I read, very pleasant experience.

Incredibly rude manager, ridiculous pay system, I don’t know what they did but both my side cameras no longer work in my car after picking up, and to top it off the machine wouldn’t take my card and ended up being 1 min over so had to pay for an additional hour. So we decided okay why not enjoy another hour in the neighborhood then, but the extremely rude manager told us we couldn’t which is fine, then as I waited for my family to come from the restaurant across the street for 2 min since we couldn’t stay another hour, the manager proceeds to berate me and told me to get off his property since I already paid. NEVER parking at a park Edison again, the worst service and a mechanic visit included with the price.

Edison ParkFast was convenient, the employees were kind, and they kept my car safe. It cost me 35 dollars for two hours, but I expected that. What I didn't expect was the 30-dollar surcharge for a "large car". It cost me almost double to park in the same spots as everyone else. Can't help but to feel ripped off when paying double for a midsize SUV. Such a shame.

Loved being able to drop the car off and get to where O had to be. It feels extremely secure. Only reason it is not a 5/5 are that you cannot go back in to get anything out of your vehicle until you are picking it up.
