I can't recommend Elisa enough! She went above and beyond to help my partner and me find our first home in an incredibly competitive market. She is extremely knowledgeable. In a few short months we went from knowing nothing about home ownership or renovations to confident knowledge in what we were looking at and what we could do with the space. She went way beyond her duties to help us thoroughly check the conditions of homes during our viewings. Elisa Broeze was everything we could have hoped for in a realtor and more!

We always got the sense that she was working hard for us and that she truly cared about finding us a great house.

As first time homebuyers we really appreciated that she took the time to share her knowledge about the inner and outer workings of a house with us. Drawing from her extensive experience renovating homes, Elisa was always quick to point out ways to improve whatever house she was showing us. She gave us the confidence to take on some diy projects!

Communication with her was a breeze. She stayed in touch with us almost daily during our house search and was always very responsive. Anytime we asked to view a house, she had an appointment booked almost immediately.

Even after we closed on a house, Elisa was still there for us. Less than a week after moving in, we experienced some minor flooding in the basement when a power outage cause our sump pump to stop operating. Not knowing who to call, or what to do, I reached out to Elisa because I knew she would be able to help. She drove over right away and helped us sort everything out. We are still so grateful for that!

We have been recommending Elisa to everyone we know and will certainly be calling her the next time we need a realtor.

To extend on why for anyone looking to have her help in your move, let’s start by saying she was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process on both sides!

For example, we have a young daughter that would come with us to viewings, and Elisa would help make sure she saw the house but also that she was entertained enough that we could get a good look ourselves. Elisa put in extra hours making sure everything was set for the sale of our house, and went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor.
