I absolutely love living here! Leanne and Cory are truly amazing, helpful, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly and that residents feel welcome. The property is well-maintained, clean, and smells so good. I’m so grateful to live in a place with such caring management. Highly recommend 100%.

I absolutely love living in this building for the last 4 years. The entire complex is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. As a senior, feeling safe and comfortable in my home is incredibly important, and this place truly delivers on both. Leanne and Cory are wonderful—they go above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels at ease in their suites. Their dedication and kindness make a big difference. Our daughter (and us) rented a two bedroom unit from Elizabeth Gardens. The entire experience was amazing. The property manager, Leanne is so friendly and approachable - she was an absolute joy to deal with. Emails and questions were always answered quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is excellent and very quick to deal efficiently and effectively with any issues. The hallways and common spaces are always kept clean! It was our daughter’s first experience living away from home and we appreciate Leanne and the team so much for making it such a positive experience.

We recently moved into a two-bedroom apartment at Elizabeth Garden, and from the very first viewing, the property manager Leanne has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. The move-in process was smooth, friendly, and handled with professionalism. Our apartment was clean, well-prepared, and ready for us to settle in. I am so happy with the new manager and maintenance man. The new manager is very helpful always happy to help you. The maintenance young man is soo polite , and respectful. Whenever there has been a problem he tends to it right away. They are both a breath of fresh air to this complex

I’ve lived here for a few weeks now and it’s been wonderful! Leanne, the manager, is the best and has such a positive energy that’s a bonus on top of how great the apartment itself is. Lots of space compared to others I looked at and has all the amenities you could ask for. Also the neighbourhood is so peaceful and quiet. Im so happy I chose this place!
