This Registries has poor customer service, 4 times coming in and each time waiting for 20min to 1/2 an hour, always end up leaving without being helped. If you have the time I would recommend going to St Paul, I was even going to switch my insurance but not anymore, I hope that they receive more customer service training.

Great staff, due to the limited available customers I've never spent more than 20 minutes for renewals or registration or any registry service.

I Had to come in on three separate occasions just to get a Driver's license switched over(Moved here from a different province.) On my first attempt, I brought in a paystub for my proof of residence(Not realizing that they couldn't accept that) Before I could set it down on the counter the Woman dealing with me started on about how they couldn't accept this, I'd have to come back with proper verification ect ect. In a very rude tone. Maybe she was having a bad day, I'm not too sure. It is what it is, my mistake on that one. Fast forward a week and I came back with the right verification, I had just gotten off work and raced down to the registries before it closed (20 minutes before closing which I realize is pushing it, but the door wasn't locked and I live out of town and have had little opportunity to come in with work) I stood in line patiently while the same secretary as before waited on a different customer, chatting and laughing away. I stood in line for the next ten to fifteen minutes untill it was finally my turn. I walk up to the counter and the secretary proceeds to tell me "We close in five minutes, and this is going to take at least fifteen, you'll have to come back another day" To say I was beyond annoyed is an understatement.. In the time I stood in line, no one had come to lock the door, no one informed me that they wouldn't be able to assist me, yet let me stand there waiting. I've never had a business let me walk in the building, only to let me waste my time by standing there for over 10 minuets and then refuse me, all while still not locking the door. I finally managed to get my license switched over on the last visit, yet again, the secretary was very rude and condescending during the whole process, even to go as far as to question the authenticity of my license because she could not locate the "ISSUE" date. I am appalled by the service I was treated with and highly recommend anyone to take the extra hour to drive to vermilion registries and insurance In the next town over, as I wish I did.

I don't recommend, everytime I or my husband go in nothing but problems. Always a run around and extremely frustrating. Also they can be very rude!
